Ask
God wants us to pray.
Like you, I have concerns about people I know and care about. I have concerns about our country and the world.
I am also confident that God is powerful and that He can handle every little and big thing that concerns you and me and everyone else in the whole wide world.
God answers prayer. He mends relationships. He causes people to grow more and more like Him. He changes hearts. He moves rulers. He brings peace. He saves lost people. He opens minds. He fixes things.
As people share their worries with us and as news reporters report news, let’s be women who pray. May the following never be true of us:
You do not have because you do not ask.
