It is easy to look back at the past with a stereotypical view. Imagine though what a distorted picture people living 200 years from now would have if they picked one family living in one place in 2026 and assumed that everyone living now lived that way.
It is also easy to look back with a nostalgic view, wishing we could have lived in that supposedly simpler time.
In His perfect wisdom, God chose our times and places and other times and places for others. God created them and us in His image and Jesus offered redemption to us all.
If we are wise, we will learn from the strengths and weaknesses, the successes and failures, the joys and sorrows of those who have gone before us, as well as from our own.

to live on all the face of the earth,
