God’s Creative Hand at Work
Today’s post begins with an invitation to the livestream of “America!” followed by some thoughts about God’s creative hand at work.

Breakfast was only the first part of our grandson’s birthday celebration on Saturday. We also enjoyed an afternoon birthday party at the river. The children found fossils in the gravel and collected 20 crawdads while wading in the shallow river. They excitedly built a little pool at the water’s edge to watch their crawdads swim.
The sunshine was beautiful after the party. The light on the pink blooms on our porch and in our garden was especially pretty—the pink geranium, . . .
. . . the pink roses with their curly petals . . .
. . . and yellow stamens.
Tiny insects were exploring the roses . . .
. . . and the sedum.
Even the bee’s wings reflected pink hues.
There were many different pinks just in my little bunches of sedum.
Our neighbor was having his hay cut in the field where we had seen two deer that morning. Its driver had already cut several rows.
In a relatively short time, the deer’s cover was gone, but hay was being readied for livestock.
God’s creative hand was at work, as always. We see it in the plants and animals He created for us to use, and we see it in ourselves and in our children.
For since the creation of the world
His invisible attributes,
that is, His eternal power and divine nature,
have been clearly perceived,
being understood by what has been made . . .
