My Mama
I love the stories I hear when we are interviewing our friends and neighbors for our Hometown History videos. Especially wonderful are the stories that begin with the words, “My mama . . . .” When we started, I had no idea that we would make a video around that theme, but when you see this one, you’ll understand why we did. (And, by the way, the baby with her mama and daddy is Miss Johnnie Faye.)
As you live with and teach and cook for and train and read to and do laundry for your children today, you are giving them their very own “My mama” stories. What a blessing. Enjoy!
Her children rise up and bless her.
