We really must guard their hearts.
During a recent conversation in a group, the subject of television came up. One after another talked about how offensive many things they see are to them.
One person mentioned sitting with a grandchild when together they saw something sinful happen on the screen. The grandparent was appalled, but the grandchild was not. When the grandparent asked the young person if she was offended, she answered no.
The group lamented that children are growing up accepting as okay, things that God says are not okay. That is really not okay.
We really must guard their hearts. Let’s be creative. Let’s be imaginative. Let’s just do it!
Watch over your heart with all diligence,
For from it flow the springs of life.
