What Do We Reflect in Our Mirrors?
Ray and I spent three glorious days in the Smoky Mountains with Mary Evelyn and her family last weekend. Ray and I finished our drive home early Monday morning. When we crossed Roaring River just before 8:00 A.M., the views were too beautiful to miss taking some pictures. On the right side of the bridge, the river reflected the eastern sky.
And on the left, it reflected the western sky.
Just as the river was a mirror reflecting the sky above, we and our children reflect what we see around us.
Our loving Father gives us the opportunity to reflect His glory. May we always take advantage of that opportunity.
But we all, with unveiled face,
beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord,
are being transformed into the same image
from glory to glory,
just as from the Lord, the Spirit.
