A Duty to Serve
I have heard our friend David Tucker lead many prayers at our church. I don’t remember a single time that he has not prayed for our soldiers around the world.
The handsome young lieutenant below is David almost fifty years ago. When I asked him to talk about his service in Vietnam, I got a bonus lesson about having a heart to serve. After you have watched this video, I think you might want to gather your older children around to see what David and some of our other friends had to say about hometown folks who served our country in World War II and in Vietnam.
For you were called to freedom, brethren;
