Encouragement: A Powerful Educational Tool
The Bible is God’s message to the world. In it are the most important words we will ever hear on earth. The Word of God is forever.
The grass withers and the flowers fall,

During a recent meeting with the Notgrass History team, one of our team members talked about the variety of people God used to write down His holy word. He used Moses the adopted son of Pharaoh’s daughter, Luke the physician, Paul the former persecutor of Christians, David the former shepherd, Peter the fisherman, and many more. They didn’t have to all be the same; they did all have to be faithful.
If God can work through such a variety of people to produce His holy Word, then surely He can work through a variety of mamas. You are perfectly qualified to be your children’s mama and teacher. God gave you the job. He trusts you to love, nurture, teach, and train the precious children He placed in your care.
Be kind to yourself and quit comparing. You don’t have to be just like the mama you most admire to be the mama your children most need. Good mamas don’t all have to be the same; they just have to be faithful.
Who are you to judge the servant of another?
To his own master he stands or falls;
and he will stand,
for the Lord is able to make him stand.
