Family Is Multi-Generational — Part 1
Before I share the message from my heart today, I’d like to give you an update on my precious husband, Ray. He has completed 16 of his 26 radiation treatments. Here he is after treatment number one on September 20.
Here he is after treatment sixteen yesterday.

And now for the message from my heart to yours for today:
Family is multi-generational. When we have little babies, we may think about the eighteen years we have with each child.
Homeschooling taught me to think in much longer terms. We are not parents for only eighteen years. We are parents for a lifetime.
The family lessons God taught me through homeschooling made me a more attentive parent of adult children and a more loving grandparent.
I also learned that we’re sons and daughters for a lifetime. His lessons made me a more humble daughter.
Thank you, Father, for these lessons. My life is abundant as a result of them.
I came that they may have life,
and have it abundantly.
